Information About Card Payment
DSPS operates a clamping service and vehicle removal service on behalf of Dublin City Council and we accept payment on their behalf. You can pay for your vehicle de-clamp or removal charge on this website.
While DSPS endeavours to ensure that the card payment service is normally available 24 hours a day, DSPS shall not be liable if for any reason card payment service and/or the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in certain circumstances including system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond DSPS’s control.
A credit/debit card is required to make a payment through this website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and Laser. This transaction will appear on your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and Laser statement as Dublin Street Parking Services.
You will be prompted to enter your ticket number. Payment will be initiated when you enter your credit/debit card information. The de-clamp process will be activated once the system validates the credit/debit card, processes the transaction to the card company.
Payments will be processed as efficiently as possible after payment information is submitted. Failure to complete the payment form accurately may delay or prohibit processing your payment.
DSPS aims to de-clamp vehicles efficiently and usually will do so within one hour following payment. However, on occasions it may take longer.
Your payment will be processed in a secure environment. All information exchanged with DSPS servers will be encrypted.
DSPS does not charge a processing fee for online card payment services. However, your bank may impose a charge on you.
Refunds will not be processed over the internet. For information regarding a refund of an on-line payment, please email us at email@example.com or by calling us on 01 6022500 during regular business hours. Proof of payment and the original parking ticket will be required to claim a refund.
